Neal Martin’s review for the Wine Advocate in 2011:
Served at the “KFC at The Ledbury” soiree and from magnum, the Coutet ’75 has a sprightly citrus-driven nose with hints of mango and quince developing with time in glass. The palate is bestowed with a touch of spice and dried pineapple on the entry, fanning out beautifully with a crisp, dried apricot and marmalade tinged finish. Coutet is defined by its vivacity and acidity and this is a perfect example of it. Very fine.
