Granted a slightly miserly 89pts by Mr P back in 2011, this was tasted again by Jeb Dunnuck in late 2015 with an enthusiastic 91pts:
“I continue to be impressed by the 2009s and Anne-Charlotte’s classic 2009 Chateauneuf du Pape is a ripe, exuberant effort that reveals loads of Provencal charm in its raspberries, crushed flowers, dried earth and spice-laced bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, with sweet tannin and plenty of fruit, drink it anytime over the coming 5-6 years. This was the first vintage where Philippe Cambie was brought on board.”
