Medium body, mature golden color. Eminent tropical fruits, flowers and gasoline notes aroma. Dominant ripe apples palate, long mineral finish. Still fresh and vibrant, buttery structure, complex and well balanced, gentle green apples acidity. Food friendly, best match is as fish and sea food as poultry. Serve 10º – 14º. Drink now or continue cellar, will remain well drinking another three years.
